Important Application Deadline Information
• If you are already in the U.S. and have an active SEVIS record to transfer - the deadline for a complete application is 4:00 p.m. EST the 2nd Friday before the program starts.
• If you are applying for an F1 Visa - the deadline to complete the application is 60 days before the program starts.

Fall II: November 12, 2024
- Application deadline for students applying for an F-1 Visa or applying for a change of status is September 13, 2024.
- Application deadline for SEVIS Transfer Applicants is November 1, 2024.
Spring I: January 6, 2025
- Application deadline for students applying for an F-1 Visa or applying for a change of status is November 8, 2024.
- Application deadline for SEVIS Transfer Applicants is December 27, 2024.
Spring II: March 17, 2025
- Application deadline for students applying for an F-1 Visa or applying for a change of status is January 17, 2025.
- Application deadline for SEVIS Transfer Applicants is March 7, 2025.
Summer I: May 5, 2025
- Application deadline for students applying for an F-1 Visa or applying for a change of status is March 7, 2025.
- Application deadline for SEVIS Transfer Applicants is April 25, 2025.
Summer II: July 14th, 2025
- Application deadline for students applying for an F-1 Visa or applying for a change of status is May 16, 2025.
- Application deadline for SEVIS Transfer Applicants is July 4, 2025.
Fall I: September 2nd, 2025
- Application deadline for students applying for an F-1 Visa or applying for a change of status is July 4th, 2025.
- Application deadline for SEVIS Transfer Applicants is August 22, 2025.
Fall II: November 10th, 2025
- Application deadline for students applying for an F-1 Visa or applying for a change of status is September 12th.
- Application deadline for SEVIS Transfer Applicants is October 31, 2025.
*Please note: Executive programs are only available for applicants who
• Have already completed a US master's degree
or
• Have at least 3 years of US work experience
