       Important Admission Deadlines
  • If you are already in the U.S. with an active SEVIS record (transfer students):
    You must receive an admission decision by the second Friday before the program start date.
  • If you are applying for a change of status:
    You must receive an admission decision 30 business days before the program start date.

Summer II 2026

  • Program Start Date: July 13, 2026
  • Application Deadline for Change of Status to F-1: May 19, 2026
  • Application Deadline for SEVIS Transfer: July 2, 2026
  • SEVIS Transfer Release Deadline (record must be released): July 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST
     

Fall I 2026

  • Program Start Date: August 31, 2026
  • Application Deadline for Change of Status to F-1: July 6, 2026
  • Application Deadline for SEVIS Transfer: August 21, 2026
  • SEVIS Transfer Release Deadline (record must be released): August 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST
 

Fall II 2026

  • Program Start Date: November 9, 2026
  • Application Deadline for Change of Status to F-1: September 11, 2026
  • Application Deadline for SEVIS Transfer: October 30, 2026
  • SEVIS Transfer Release Deadline (record must be released): November 4, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST
 

Spring I 2027

  • Program Start Date: January 4, 2027
  • Application Deadline for Change of Status to F-1: November 6, 2026
  • Application Deadline for SEVIS Transfer: December 18, 2026
  • SEVIS Transfer Release Deadline (record must be released): December 30, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST
     

Spring II 2027

  • Program Start Date: March 15, 2027
  • Application Deadline for Change of Status to F-1: January 15, 2027
  • Application Deadline for SEVIS Transfer: March 5, 2027
  • SEVIS Transfer Release Deadline (record must be released): March 10, 2027 at 4:00 PM ES
 
Important Notes
  • Executive programs are only available to applicants who:
    • Already have a U.S. master’s degree, or
    • Have at least 3 years of work experience in the U.S.
  • These programs require immediate internship or work placement.
